I have a 2013 3030 BHGS Have had it for a year now, since its just two of us we did some mods in the bunkhouse. Like removing the bunks to make the slide one big closet and installed a 5 cubic ft. Chest freezer where the little closet is. Also, it's our computer room. Next mods will be replacing the jackknife sofa with two recliners and replacing that huge dining area with just a small table with two chairs.
For a trailer this size ( 7240 dry) it pulls very nice with our half ton HEMI.
