There should be a small hole on one side of your RV close to the front landing jacks. This hole is there to allow a long-handled crank to be inserted into the manual override mechanism. Somewhere, there should also be the crank for this purpose.... might be located in a compartment near the front landing jacks. (I assume these are the jacks that you are referring to and not the override for the slide mechanism........)
You might also try plugging in the 12v power cord into your running truck to see if that will provide enough "juice" for you to operate the jacks.
