Update:
The travel trailer has been dropped off at an authorized dealer local to where I keep it parked. Immediately agreed with me and said it needs to go back to the factory. They did thier inspection, took pictures and submitted thier work order along with the pictures they took and videos showing the leak when I discovered it. The service manager said they haven't opened the submission yet (as of 5pm yesterday) and unfortunately keystone has the weekend off so the earliest we will know anything is Monday. But with that being said, the dealer does not know the total cost of the work to be done but has submitted it for $7,000 in labor cost alone.
