I have a rear bath and don’t recall ever having water slosh out of the bowl in 25,000 miles of travel. As others have said, just a little water on the seal is all that is needed.

I have to ask though, are you sure water is sloshing out of the bowl? I had a floor flange issue that allowed water to literally slosh out of the tank and get the floor around the base of the toilet wet which led to me replacing the bathroom floor at 2 years old.
