No, the heat was/is fine. But all the water pipes and perhaps the tanks froze. We were assured over and over both by dealers and at the factory that the unit would be fine down to zero F. it's in all the Alpine literature too. Not so. And we had the heat running all night, at 65.
Needless to say, we're going to do some insulation work of our own this weekend.
