We too have the same model. You will find that it is rare that you will use all of these at the same time. We never leave the hot water heater on and it stays hot all day. Just make sure to turn it on before showering. As mentioned above, use Lp as it heats up the water much faster and there is no issue with the camper it's the 30 amp service. By the way we love our new 238ML.
