I had some problems with mine when I first got it. Drove me crazy getting them fixed. I am like handysam. Love the 327res. Still working out some little issues like bulbs burning out over the sink every trip. Common problem I think. Handysam, have you had any roof issues? Had some big bubbles show up while I was in the mountains in Tennessee for a couple of weeks this past month. I took it to CW. They documented it but said common problem, don't think so but will watch it. Been having trouble keeping the brakes adjusted up. Found out if I back up frequently and us the manual control it will self adjust somewhat and help some. Got the shower leaks all stopped, they employed a new tech at CW, he is good. I ask for him when I go there and they have been great about letting him work on my unit.
So if I was looking at the 327res I would buy it. Good luck and happy campin
