JMHO, I don't like outside kitchens. To me it's space that could be better used INSIDE.
But to each......
Do you really want your wardrobe closet in the bathroom?
When you have an outside kitchen a small wardrobe closet is placed in the bath because the lower space is filled with the well you know.
I would much rather have indoor storage and a small portable grill. You have 3 daughters.. Where are they going to put their stuff and do you want it in the bathroom?
