We have a 2013 Springdale Travel Trailer. We have an Atwood hot water heater that operates with both gas and electric. Our problem is that the electric function is heating the hot water heater when the camper is plugged into shore power. Both switches are off, yet the hot water heater is still working with electric. Propane is off. Any insight to what needs to be fixed?? We have replaced the thermostat, There doesn't seem to be a problem with the propane on off switch, but electric remains on no matter what we do. Please help.
