Now, I had a few different vehicles like the Blazer (full size); Expedition, Ramcharger, Trailduster…..never even thought about them as tow vehicles...and, a modern full size 3/4 ton SWB truck has no resemblance at all to any of them....in any respect IMO. I did find that you can't push a snow pile up to your front bumper with a 4x4 without lockers (about 24 at the time)...and I do respect your preference for a LWB truck...they all have their place.
