Does sound like not enough water being used. The tank sensors generally do not work so without enough water, nothing flows out. Be sure to use TP that will break up.

If it were me, I would fill the tank and let it sit and then make plans to go camping. Connect to sewerage and dump and keep running water until clear. Probably take awhile and the use of something to break it up some. Good luck.
