My Cougar is a similar floor-plan (290RKS) and I was able to (after removing interior vent trim) reach in with my arm and find several 12v wires running through the ceiling front to back. I tapped into one of the heavy gauge orange/white two conductor wires and added an in-line fuse sized for the draw of my fan. There are wires up there, you just have to find them. Lights in the livingroom ceiling are switched so you cannot use them for power. Good luck, Hank
