My 2019 F350 srw rides higher than I want too. In looking at the spacer/block between the rear axle and the spring set, it looks to be about 3" high. My cousins 2020 F350 srw has blocks about 2" high, and his bed height is about an inch below mine. I plan to lower my bed by replacing my 3" blocks with 2"ers.
