Assuming you started with a full DEF tank and have put in 3 "boxes of DEF" (2.5 gallons per box) that would be 12000 miles on 7.5 gallons of DEF which is about 1600 miles per gallon (12000/7.5=1600). I'm getting 1752 miles per gallon, so your DEF usage is not far from the same I've calculated over the past 60K miles.
