I have a 2017 RAM 3500 and my wife and I put 28000 kms on it pulling a 30 foot 5th wheel summer of 2019 and I found I used less when it was pulling hard and working as it was designed to do. Using that truck for short trips routinely is the biggest drain on the DEF.
