One thing I learned that could save thousands. Don't buy your truck based on the current trailer, but on your next trailer. The odds are good that some day circumstances will change and you'll want to trade. If you get a little more truck now, it's smart. Plus, you can't go wrong having a little bigger truck. Also, the diesel will have a lot better and quicker resale if you do decide to trade truck later. Just saying.
