I'd ask what are your plans for the trailer between the "projected PDI" and spring (or nicer weather) ??

If all you're going to do is tow it from the dealer to storage, then why even pick it up? On the other hand, if you have a pressing need to get it ASAP and then use the trailer immediately, but, it looks like you've got a "situation with no really good options".....
