Sorry your first post has to be a negative one. If rollers were installed that lifted the room 3/8" off the floor, then I would say they were installed wrong or the wrong rollers were used. Make sure you DOCUMENT everything. Take pictures and talk to Keystone again. Explain the issue with pictures and be sure to tell them how the floor sat BEFORE the rollers. I cant buy the "its normal after rollers" explanation.
