If I remember correctly on my Fuzion 373 with InCommand, the zone temp only shows up on garage and bedroom when a/c mode is on. The main is what controls heat and we have a duct in garage front wall, feet level. It’s decent amount of flow but not enough on a cold night. We use an electric heater in garage when needed along with the fireplace. I set the furnace a little lower temp than those.

Something else to check is that the InCommand shows the correct model Raptor and how old the software is. My 2020 model was several updates out of date.
