In my 351 there are no heater vents in the garage. Well, there is one that looks like a heater vent that originates under the kitchen sink (common wall) but does not push enough air. To heat the garage, we leave the door between the garage and living room open. I also think there is no'fan' for the garage, just the AC. Irregardless of what the InCommand says. Unless it is the fan in the AC unit that it is controlling. Need to be plugged into shore power or generator running to know for sure.
As for the lack of any heat anywhere and the stock seems to be getting propane, sounds like you have a problem with the actual heater igniting....
