I agree.
It reminds me of what my dad use to say.....
If it doesn't kill you, it'll make you a stronger, better person for adversity teaches us about ourselves.
Not to go too far off topic, but as a nation, I think we want it given to us, as we have been taught we deserve it....

I am so proud of my kids, they made up their minds to enjoy what we had, and we did.....
Not what we were expecting to be given.
