Rusty Scissor Jacks

So I live on the barrier islands of Florida and rust is a way of life. I keep my 2019 Keystone Bullet 243BHS in the side yard powered up with the AC set at 78 degrees. I have decided its better to have the interior mold and mildew free vs covering the trailer with a cover and not powered. It gets full sun, and I have waxed it to try and stop the fading.

One thing I knew was that I would have to keep up with the rust since it is only a couple blocks from the beach and rust is just part of our daily lives here. I have been very liberal with the corrosion prevention and for the most part have been able to keep it at bay. What has not held up at all has been the OEM scissor jacks. I have already wire brushed the rust off once and painted with rust oleum, but the rust has returned and now they are falling apart, literally.

May plan is to purchase new ones, they aren’t too expensive, but wanted to see if anybody had any recommendations for aftermarket brands. Also do you think preemptively spraying them with rust oleum or similar prior to installation would help in reducing the onset of rust? I know it is inevitable but would like to get more than 11 months out of the jacks.

Any input appreciated.
