I don't know why you're seeing a "different look" or why your signature isn't showing. The settings on your profile appear to be correct and the signature is present in your profile and appears to be set to "show profile in each post".

You might try going to your "User CP" and redoing your signature.... I don't see any reason why your settings would have changed....
