I own a sprinter 266 and enjoy it. As most posters have stated it depends on your plans. I haul mine a fair bit, not long distance trips but enough miles and I like the size. I am always looking at campers but have not found anything I would trade the 266 for that would not require a larger truck.
It's got enough room on a rainy day and the outdoor kitchen makes you want to be outside. That's my 2 cents.
