What do you use in your home? Same stuff works in your RV...
If you want to spend 3 to 5 times as much for RV specific cleaners they are available.
Same with toilet paper, as long as it's "septic safe", not a bazillion plies & you use plenty of water per flush any brand will work just fine. The RV TP is crappy (pun intended) paper & cost much more.
Flush NOTHING down the toilet but TP, no cleaning wipes or any feminine products.
