I have a keystone sprinter 5th wheel. The battery disconnect is usually on the panel with all your slide buttons or, like mine, two round red knobs behind and below the battery. Twist them one-way and it shows a green color for connected, red color for disconnected. Easy to miss. I had a minor power issue with a 125volt GFI that kept tripping. Turned out the plug on end of power cord was faulty. The EMS showed everything OK at power pole but a voltmeter showed one of the blades on plug connected to EMS was out. Try someone else's power cord or buy one. If it's not the issue you can always return it.
