In 2014 we bought a 2014 Cougar 279RKS Fifthwheel from Sky River in Dublin CA and we had to have the front cap sealed after some considerable damage to the headboard and closet in 2015. The work was completed and Keystone covered the costs under warranty. About 18 months later (Nov 2016) we noticed we had a slight leak again at the curb side of the front cap. Since Sky River had closed their Dublin, CA location we called and got an appointment at the Paso Robles location. We were hopeful that they could give us a good deal on the repair (since their Dublin location had done the warranty work). Not only did they get it right in, but they completed the repairs in one day! The best part was Janet said there was no charge because they thought the original work was not up to their standards. We were elated.
