You're basically asking for a front bedroom, rear living/bath unit in a smaller footprint unit. This should be easy to find among brands. Look at Bullets, Hideouts, and Cougars too. If you don't find a suitable floor plan with Keystone, try anyone of a the competitor brands.
Definitely find a unit that satisfies your required layout. Otherwise, you'll always be second guessing your purchase decision.
