I had never thought about this fwd and reversing self adjusting brakes, again I never had them. But after a quick search, found that supposedly the Dexter self adjusting brakes per what I read on
E-Trailer site says they adjust both ways. It would make sense, the brake does not know if you are going fwd or reverse, since it actuates the same way. I could not find anything on Lippert, but it was a quick search, but if pictures of assemblies are correct the cable is run differently for the self adjusting part of assemblies. And again it might not be nothing. Going to check more into this. Thanks for bringing this up.
