We have stayed in a couple of these parks. Generally my impression was that they are very highly developed infrastructure-wise, and usually well maintained. They generally have great roads in the park and well developed and maintained sites. We stayed in one outside Selma AL (I think) and it was very nice. Sorry, I can't remember the name.
