I used to work for a large manufactured home dealer, and it is a very similar industry to the RV business. I ran the service department and was very good at getting warranty issues covered. What I couldn’t get covered by the manufacturer, we would handle ourselves in the interest of customer service. It is simply the right thing to do. If a dealer isn’t helping you, they are not doing their job.
