I've never had Keystone refuse to talk to me and Lord knows I am an intense person. Requests for warranty work were submitted? What exactly did they submit? Who submitted it? Many/most times it is the dealer that fails to submit information that's required to get a warranty approval. When a wet behind the ears service advisor writes up some gibberish and submits it...it will be refused, btdt more than once. No matter the dealership or manufacturer I've found that the owner needs to be involved if they want a satisfactory resolution.
