George, the connector on the left looks like an SMA Female or SMA RP Female connector. The pic is a little fuzzy but it looks like there's no pin in that one so it would connect to an SMA Male or SMA RP Male connector. It will take a little more research, but it looks to me that you could use a cable configured like this to lengthen your existing cable. You will likely need one longer than this but it's a start.
