It's gel coat, very easy to repair and you can get it from any auto parts store. If you want to take it to a shop, ask your insurance where they recommend. To be honest, a repair that small will probably not have much left for your insurance after the deductible, but they will have a list of authorized repair facilities. You may be surprised at how many non dealerships are RV repair shops.
