I have to agree with that --- but RV manufacturer's aren't always the smartest when placing parts and assembling these 'boxes on wheel'

I would expect to see a gray water tank vent valve under the bathhroom sink counter top though.
As far as black drain valve seals - our 5er had the outlet side restricting solids flow but no leak.
