For me, it goes beyond "renting it out"... I also don't let anyone stay in it, even parked in the drive, unless I'm also staying in it with them... There are numerous threads on this (and most other RV forums) about stopped up toilets, broken, destroyed slides, burned up water heaters, blown circuit breakers and many more "costly mistakes" from people not familiar with how an RV operates.
So, unless I'm "supervising the use" my Cougar is "off limits"...
