My 2015 F350 uses an average of 2.5 gallons per 3100 miles over the past 6 years and 68,000 miles
When towing which is about 25% of the time it will drop to about 2.5 gallons per 2,000 miles and when not towing it rises to as much as 3700 miles..
For some reason I've kept an Excel spread sheet on fuel mileage, DEF usage, oil changes, tire rotation, tire replacement, filter changes and even battery replacement....
