Here is the size of the flame in full operating mode. As you can see, it isn’t much. We have never had to switch to a second tank during a camping season and that includes using gas for water heater, furnace, fridge, inside stove, outside stove and the gas grill. If you burn through a tank of gas in a week, something is wrong.
