^^^ What Stumpy said. With a couple hours at 31F, you won't have any freeze damage in the trailer. As for opening the faucets, I agree. Just remember to LEAVE THEM ALL OPEN... When closed, the faucet holds water and can freeze/expand in the closed space. If the faucets are left "turned on" there is no closed space for the water to expand and cause damage....
So, disconnect the hose, drain all the holding tanks, open the low point drains and all the faucets (don't forget the outside shower) and leave them open. Once the water has drained, replace the low point drain caps to prevent ants/beetles from crawling up into your water system.
