Not the best setup hooking unlike batteries together. If you get a bad cell in one, it will drag everything down. At a minimum I would use an isolator and isolate the two 6s from the 12. Also even tho you have the room, you're adding additional weight to your rig. I would just get two good heavy duty 12s and be done with it.
