It is a domestic with a touch screen that doesn’t work as you have to keep touching it more than once to change the settings and it doesn’t seem to be registering the correct temperature

I am plugged into a 30 amp shoreline and this connects to a 20 amp breaker inside of my TT I think they put a 20A/15A breaker in instead of a 30A/20A breaker does this make sense
