Thanks Stevec7010 I just down loaded the manual and went to dicor and watched the video on roof maintenance. I am picking up the trailer tomorrow hopefully I will all the original instruction...

Thanks for the information. It hasn't started oxidizing yet so it may have been waxed in the past, I will put a coat on ASAP to protect it for the future. Thank you all for the help you have made me...
