The edges were fully inserted in the slots but the bottom where the screw holds it down wasn’t pulled tight. I whole heartedly agree the installer didn’t do it right.

If for whatever reason your battery voltage dropped below 10.2 volts while in storage. You will need to “jump start” then again or plug them into shore power or generator and hope they are still good.
