Should I shut off the hot water bypass valve?

Or just fill the fresh water tank and mix the bleach solution, after sitting for awhile just let it run through the entire system?:(

Just got our first TT, 2007 Keystone Springdale 295BHLGL :bdance:pulling with 2011 Ram 1500 Hemi crewcab. Can't wait to get started but MAN, do we have lots to learn.:confused:
