I was thinking the same thing mount the brackets in the existing holes. then re drill the ladder to fit. Add the the top bracket you would not need to re drill that one just drill the camper. Done...

it is just so close to on all the axle and tire rating. I was concerned i was over weight for my tires. My tow vehicle is rated for 3000 pin weight...
