I have a used 2012 Hideout 19flb....the radio turns itself on. Of course all the speakers are on also. The radio is the typical Jensen AWM970....has anyone experienced this condition and corrected...

I am purchasing a 2012 Hideout 19FLB. This RV is in great condition. Only the original owner and has been covered when not in use. My big question is since there is no ladder can I walk on the roof...
