You can get it from ramco engineering. I just received mine from them. I ordered an extra one to mount a TV in the bedroom. It was about $45 with shipping.

Just swapped out a trailer queen to a regular queen in my Outback 312bh. It hangs over thee plywood board by about 7". Should I extend the plywood board and brace it and if so any suggestions on how?...

I have the 312bh and tow with a f350 short bed. No issues at all. I also use the 4 point equalizer hitch.

Yes there is a power and cable outlet. The mount on the back of the TV is not anything like what you would need to use this outdoor mount.
