Any one having issues with the new 2013 ducting system Polar Package. Is there a work around. Temperature outside was in the 40's. turned on heat,but the living space did not warm above 50/51...

Have a new 2013 Cougar the slide out is nice convenient,but clothes on hangers drag the closet floor. Last outing heavy rain and there was water leak inside the closet both sides left and right...
