Yep. Mine and my parents did the same thing on our Passports. Turned it in for a new one under warranty and no problems since. Keystone knows its a problem but its up to you to change it out.

I'm telling you, its a bad unit. It is a well known problem with this unit. Return it for a new one and problem solved. It will save you a lot of time trouble shooting.

Mine and my parents did the same thing. If your still under warranty, trade in the entertainment center for a new one. My parents and I did that and both units stopped coming on.
