Awning lights

My awning lights are on the arms nears the top. One side has 4 LED’s burned out. Does anyone have a source for replacements?

I looked at the facet yesterday and couldn't find a model number or part number on it any where. I found a wand and hose on Amazon that may fit. It has the quick disconnect on it.
